Key Responsibilities
• Handle employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings.
• Manage written and electronic discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and settlement discussions.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellence and a strong drive to succeed.
• Collaborative mindset with empathy for team members.
• Colorado Bar admission required.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
